Chocolate pudding wraps
Makes 2
2 Farrah’s Burrito Tortillas
Nutella or chocolate spread
1 egg
1 cup of milk
2 Tbsp Caster sugar
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Icing sugar to dust
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Spread the wraps with Nutella and pocket fold them (fold in half and then in half again). Arrange them in an oven proof dish.
To make the custard whisk the egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon (if using) and pour around the wraps.
Place the custard dish into a deep roasting tray and fill it up to half with water (this is called a baine marie).
Bake in the oven until just set and golden (30-40 minutes).
Remove from the oven and dust with icing sugar to serve.
