HALLOUMI & AVOCADO wrap
Serves 2
2 Farrah’s Premium White Wraps
1 packet halloumi cheese, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
2 tomatoes, diced
½ red onion, finely diced
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
To make the salsa:
In a bowl, mix together the tomato, red onion, coriander and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Fry the halloumi for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Place half the halloumi slices in the middle of each wrap, top with half the avocado and salsa.
Fold up the bottom third, then fold over left side and right side of wrap, then roll upwards from bottom, to seal wrap and form the wrap.
