ultimate veggie PIZZA
Makes 1 Pizza
INGREDIENTS
1 Farrah’s Original or Keto Pizza Base
Tomato Pizza Sauce
3/4 Cup Mozzarella, grated
Mushrooms, sliced
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Red onion, thinly sliced
Capsicum, thinly sliced
Feta, crumbled
Pesto
Fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper
METHOD
Preheat oven to 200-220°C.
Place pizza base on a lined baking tray and cover with a thin layer of tomato pizza sauce.
Top pizza base with vegetables, then mozzarella and a sprinkle of crumbled feta.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Remove from oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and enjoy!
