WRAP ICE CREAM CONES

Makes 3

3 Farrah’s Taco tortillas or Burrito Tortillas
Tinfoil
1 egg, lightly beaten
Dark chocolate, melted
Toppings of your choice, we chose:
Vanilla ice cream
Caramel popcorn
Sprinkles
Marshmallows, toasted

To make the chocolate dipped cones:

Preheat oven to 180°C fan bake.

Roll/scrunch the tinfoil into cone shapes. Then roll your Farrah’s Tortilla into a cone shape and insert a tinfoil cone. Secure with a toothpick and brush the outside with the egg wash.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly golden.

Lay the cones out on a rack to cool, leave the tinfoil until cone is cooled completely.

Dip the top of the cones into melted chocolate and place in a jar or something similar to let it set.

Fill/top your cones with any toppings of your choice, and enjoy!

  • If your cones are puffing up prick small holes with a sharp knife in the wrap before you roll it.
