cinnamon wrap rolls with cream cheese glaze
INGREDIENTS
Cinnamon Rolls
6 Farrah’s Premium White Wraps
2 Tbsp Butter, softened Olive Oil Spray
4 Tbsp White sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Cream Cheese Glaze
115g Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup Icing sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/4 cup Milk
METHOD
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Warm the wraps for 10 seconds in the microwave or until slightly heated, then spread one side of each wrap with the butter.
Combine the white sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the buttered side of each wrap. Roll up and cut into 4cm segments and place into a baking dish
Lightly spray with oil, top with more of the sugar and cinnamon mixture, then bake for approximately 15 minutes.
While the rolls are baking, combine the cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla essence, and milk in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
When golden, remove the rolls from the oven. Place on a plate and drizzle over the cream cheese glaze to serve.
