Wrap sushi


Ingredients

6 Farrah’s Premium White Wraps
1 Pack Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced
1 Carrot, julienned
1 Cup Purple Cabbage, shredded/sliced
1 Cucumber, julienned
1 Cup Lettuce
1 Tub Cream Cheese
Black and White Sesame Seeds

Method

  1. Laying each wrap down, spread one side with cream cheese to help the wrap stick when rolled.

  2. Slightly off centre, lay the lettuce, then cabbage, carrots, cucumber and top with the smoked salmon.

  3. Carefully roll the wrap tightly and slice into pieces. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

  • These are great paired with a dipping sauce like soy and wasabi or chilli sauce.
  • You can use Japanese mayo or aioli instead of cream cheese for a more authentic sushi roll.
