GRILLED CHICKEN WRAPS
Farrah’s Low Carb Supergrains Wraps
500g chicken breast
2 Tbsps spice mix of your choice, we used Farrah’s Taco Spice Mix
Salt and pepper
1 zucchini, peeled into noodles
1 avocado, sliced
Handful of red and yellow cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters.
Mesclun lettuce
Mayo
Sliced almonds, toasted
Season the chicken with spice mix and salt and pepper and cook over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes each side or until cooked through. Set aside then slice.
Assemble Wraps with sliced chicken, zucchini noodles, avocado, cherry tomatoes, mesclun, mayo and almonds.
Roll up tightly folding the sides first then the bottom, rolling all the way over to form a burrito. See Farrah’s Tips and tricks page to see how to roll it.
